- Use of teleconferences and video conferencing, when appropriate, to minimize travel
- Use of recycled content paper for printing
- Purchase products with recycled content materials
- In-office recycling program
- Use of EverGreen energy (100% local renewable) energy in our Northern California home office
Sustainable human capital is important at SMA and continuing education is supported. Here are examples of continuing education courses that we attend:
